I'm very impressed with Amazon's customer service. I don't think I ever returned something to them before, but due to the previous post about our car seat I got my first chance. We sent the car seat back and waited to hear back from them. To make a long story short it had been over a month since we sent it off to them and we still didn't get any money back. So, I looked up the phone number and found a "we'll call you" feature so you don't have to wait on hold. They called right away and I was talking to a customer service rep in no time. She was kind and very helpful. After about 15 minutes and before we even hung up I had received an email with our refund. Then she threw in a $20 credit for the inconvenience. I'm impressed and very grateful.
