Let the record show: I like it. It is clear to most of the free world that I love Tillamook medium cheddar. The baby loaf is always found in my fridge, more frequent than having bread in the house.

I came to the realization the other day that in the last two weeks, we've gone through 6 different kinds of cheese. When my Mom came to visit she brought us some Tilly Pepper-Jack. Yum. When Carolyn's parents came they brought us some Colby made by Amish folk. Yum. We've also had fresh parmesan, blue cheese, & dried parmesan. Yum.
