XLII

Yesterday I joined some friends and played in the Siloam Springs Flag Football tournament. We did pretty well and came within a touchdown of playing in the championship game. Today, J. Alvin hosted it's annual Super Bowl party. About 100+ students gathered in the atrium to watch, but the local Fox station wasn't broadcasting. No one who had satelite TV in NW Arkansas could watch the game. By the time it finally came on there was only 25 seconds left in the first half and about 15 people left. Once the second half started more students came out to watch, but it was a frustrating to do all the work and not be able to watch the game. We'll see how it turns out. I'm not really rooting for anybody. I guess the Patriots simply because I'd love to see Boston have a sweep of the big three leagues (Red Sox won this year, Celtics are doing well....it could happen).
